What We Do

Our team directly engages with young people through one-to-one communication and long-term mentoring, focusing on fostering a culture of ongoing learning and self-improvement. We regularly connect young learners to established organizations giving them models to follow. Above all, they strive towards building a solid, safe, professional and personal future. Our team recognizes and understands the needs of people from troubled backgrounds and each member's aim is to enable young people who need guidance and support to gain ambition, confidence and independence.

We work with ex-offender/ex-prisoners, youth at risk of offending long-term unemployed (up to a year), and BAME who come under the NEET (not in education or employment training) and some of the hardest-to-reach young people in the community. We facilitate creative and film workshops within the heart of communities to bring about social change.

Our Mission

We use film to challenge negative perceptions of young people and raise awareness of issues that they face to change public opinions. We are dedicated to producing authentic films that reflect common affairs within inner city life, with our films showcasing the talent of young people throughout London.

We communicate in a way young people can relate to. It is our intention to connect young individuals to professionals and organisations in order to enhance their personal development and provide knowledge on effective ways to generate income. Our project is based on using the understanding of young adults to guide the next generation of young adults. We work to ensure that youth are striving for a better future and avoid becoming victims of violence and The Prison System; we do this by changing perspectives and aiding young people in achieving their personal vision of success. It is our belief also that through doing this we can help create an environment that benefits everyone.
